Charles Barkley's DUI Excuse

At first I thought this TMZ report was bullshit, until I saw the actual police report posted on The Smoking Gun that includes such classic Barkley quotes as "I was gonna drive around the corner and get a blow job" and "I'll tattoo my name on your ass." I guess that explains the sweaty mugshot??
