Have the folks from Improv Everyone finally gone over the line? Or is this a genuinely sweet thing to do for someone? Does this count as an Improv Everywhere prank if it was completely staged?

this is ridiculous, stupid, and really insensitive. The leader of this is psychotic. Most probably a rejected, imbalanced person with a little charm and a shit ton of sociopathic tendencies, with nothing better to do than "stir up trouble" needlessly instead of improving his life or those around him. These kind of folks come out of the woodwork and try and disrupt other people's lives in totally inappropriate, even sadistic ways for their own amusement.
