The 2009 Webby Award Nominees are out and there's some funny stuff in there. This year, they made room for more celebrity-driven video, including the brilliant Children's Hospital, Prop 8 the Musical and the Great Shlep. The biggest surprise of all? That Lil' O'Reilly was produced by Fox!
