Letterman Responds to Palin's Complaints

Letterman takes about 8 minutes to respond to the Palin family's grievances about the jokes he made and explains why they're not offensive.

"Here now are the jokes that they're upset about."

It seems that there are so many people making news and garnering attention through misbehavior. The Palins have mastered this "art". I remember when Letterman refused to do jokes about OJ because of the horrendous nature of the crime, while Leno paraded the 'Dancing Itos'. Lighten up Palins. They were jokes-maybe not funny or in good taste but they are jokes.

Someone makes a joke in poor taste and Palin's response is to go into a rant about the comedian raping and abusing children? GET OVER YOURSELF, PALIN!

A joke it just a joke, but just because Sarah used her kids as props, doesn't mean the rest of us should. Leave the kdis out of it.
