What gives with beating up the Jewish character? I'm not familiar with the series at all, but either it's some kind of parody or in-joke... or... well, the alternative is too disturbing to contemplate....
Walt Disney was anti-semitic. In other words, he hated Jews. They're poking fun at the fact that the man that made many of the movies our kids are watching was...well, Hitler-esque.
