The 25th Anniversary Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Concert

I was lucky enough to be in attendance last night at Madison Square Garden where the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame held its absolutely epic 25th anniversary concert. From the opening solo Jerry Lee Lewis performance of "Whole Lotta Shakin' Going On" to the grand finale (6 full hours later) when Bruce Springsteen led the musicians and the crowd in a sing-a-long of “(Your Love Keeps Lifting Me) Higher and Higher” this was rock & roll at its finest. The set list is here and some video highlights are below.

Montage

Simon and Garfunkel - “The Sounds of Silence”

Stevie Wonder with John Legend - “The Way You Make Me Feel”

John Fogerty and Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band - “Oh, Pretty Woman”

Thank you for the videos - you can really hear how much trouble they were having with Stevie Wonder's set...and he was playing such nuggets!

Pretty Woman was amazing - Bruce was singing his heart out last night...Sam Moore just sparkled on Hold On & Soul Man.

Great night.
