Inauguration night coverage from Comedy Central had an interesting twist. While Jon Stewart kept his promise of finding ways to criticize Obama by comparing his speech to Bush's rhetoric, Stephen Colbert failed to hold back his tears while talking about Obama's inauguration. It's almost as if they've switched places.

Inauguration: Bush Takes Off
Cheers erupted all over the city as people waved sarcastically at Bush as he took his final ride on Marine One.

Inauguration: Cheney in a Wheelchair!
Tom Brokaw likened him to Dr. Strangelove, while I like to see him as the Big Lebowski.
When he rolled onto the platform before the ceremony, my friend let out a spontaneous scream: "SYMBOLISM!!"

Inauguration: Young Jeezy and Jay-Z
Did not get to go to this show at the Love Nightclub on MLK night/Inauguration eve but it was clearly something special.

Inauguration: Pete Seeger's 'This Land is Your Land'
In the most joyous moment of the concert, 89-year-old Pete Seeger took the stage to lead the crowd in a rousing rendition of 'This Land is Your Land.' Try not to smile when he yells "Freedom Highway!"

Inauguration: Gene Robinson's The Invocation
Well, I'm back. It's hard to describe in words the experience that was Inauguration weekend in DC. I'm going to be posting a series of videos so everyone can relive the highlights or experience them for the first time.
The first big event of the weekend was the Opening Celebration concert 'We Are One.' Bishop Gene Robinson kicked it off with style and grace in the only religious part of the Inauguration that I could get down with.
