(500) Days of Sid and Nancy
I saw a screening of (500) Days of Summer last night and really enjoyed it. It falls in line with hipster-romantic movies like Garden State and Juno, but Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt are such solid actors and the film-making techniques used are inventive enough that it leaves you with a lot to like and think about. As a promo, the pair recreated this scene from Sid and Nancy. The gender reversal will make more sense once you see the film.
