Lindsey Graham Clap Fail
Thank you Hardball for highlighting my favorite moment of last night's address. Lindsey Graham was thinking, "I agree with that, I'm going to applaud. Oh wait, I can't do that because I'm a Republican."

Joe Wilson is the one who is a liar, saying that his outburst was completely "spontaneous" despite the fact that he had a copy of the speech to read before it happened.
