Obama Ends (Or Says He Will End) 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell'

Obama gave a his big speech to the Human Rights Campaign last night, saying "I will end 'don't ask-don't tell.'" I personally can't wait for him to actually end it. Because he could just do that, if he wanted to. Here's the full speech.
