Muammar al-Gaddafi Declares War on 'Hallucination Pills'

Just when you thought Muammar al-Gaddafi couldn't get any crazier, today he claimed that the protesters who are taking over his country are all high on foreign "hallucination pills."

I think he meant hallucinogens like ecstacy or poppy pills.
