Rand Paul Jokes About Newt Gingrich's Libya Flip-Flops
Rand Paul didn't get quite as many laughs as Anthony Weiner at the Congressional Correspondents' Dinner, but he did get in one particularly nasty jab at notorious flip-flopper Newt Gingrich.
