Whitney Cummings Bumps '30 Rock' in NBC Fall Line-up

For some reason, NBC has decided to bump 30 Rock to mid-season in favor of the new sitcom Whitney from comedian Whitney Cummings. Who knows, maybe this show will be funny, but the laugh track isn't doing it any favors.
