The Comedy Awards Announce 2011 Nominees

MTV Networks is making a bold claim on the world of comedy by introducing the first annual Comedy Awards, set to air April 10th.


If nothing else, these awards are giving needed recognition to shows like Eastbound & Down and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Of course there are also some notable snubs (Community, Parks and Rec and Conan come to mind. And to get the social media juices flowing, you can even submit your own entries for Best Viral Original. I guess the Best Comedy Video Blog category is TBA??
