COLBERT REPORT: Stephen Colbert Ends Presidential Bid

Stephen Colbert's "Rock Me Like a Herman Cain Rally" led to Cain getting only 1% of the vote in South Carolina. Because of this tragic fact, Colbert decides to give up his bid for the presidency and tries to get his super PAC back from Jon Stewart.
