Herman Cain Decries Obama's 'Little Ideas' in State of the Union Response

In an address to the Tea Party Express, which every major network refused to air, Herman Cain asserted the Obama only presented a "hodge-podge of little ideas" in his speech.

When Cain says "some of us are not stupid," are we sure he's including himself? At least he wasn't looking off to the side the whole time.
