TODAY SHOW: David Axelrod on Health Care 'Tax'
Matt Lauer pushes David Axelrod to explain how the Obama campaign is going to deal with the new language of a health care "tax" as it's worded in the Supreme Court's ruling.
Axelrod is right that it doesn't matter what it's called as long the penalty does what it's intended to do and both forces people who can afford it to buy health insurance and pay for those who don't if they get sick. But somehow I don't think the majority of voters are going to accept that nuanced view.
