Jay Carney Forgets the Capital of Israel

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney had a rough moment this morning when he refused to say whether Jerusalem or Tel Aviv is the capital of Israel. Would it have been better if he pulled a Sarah Palin and said "let me get back to you on that?"
