Barney Frank Talks Free Speech at Harvard Commencement
Andy Samberg's Harvard Commencement speech may be getting more attention, but Barney Frank also made a very funny and insightful speech at Harvard this week. In this clip, Congressman Frank mentions the woman he famously compared to a dining room table and regarding a hate crimes bill he helped pass tells this joke:
